How does your fee structure work for employers?

For direct hire placements, we typically work on a contingency basis — you pay a placement fee only when you hire a candidate we present. Fees are a percentage of first-year salary. For temporary and contract staffing, you pay an hourly bill rate that covers the worker's pay plus our service markup. EOR and workforce solution pricing is quoted based on scope.

How quickly can you fill a position?

Our average time-to-fill is 6 business days. For temporary and hourly roles, we often place candidates within 24–48 hours. For specialized or executive roles, the timeline is 2–4 weeks. We move fast without cutting corners on screening.

What if a placement doesn't work out?

All direct hire placements include a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is let go within 90 days, we replace them at no additional charge. For temporary placements, we can have a replacement on-site within 24 hours of notification.

Do you serve employers outside of Cape Coral?

Yes. While we are headquartered in Cape Coral, FL, we serve employers throughout Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas — and can support remote and contract roles nationally.

What industries do you specialize in?

We serve 15+ industries including healthcare, manufacturing and light industrial, construction and trades, professional and office, hospitality, retail, IT and technology, logistics, property management, engineering, legal, and education. If you do not see your industry, reach out — we may still have the right candidates.

Is your service free for candidates?

Yes, completely. Candidates never pay a fee. We are compensated by employers. There is no cost to submit your resume, meet with a recruiter, or be presented for opportunities — ever.

What screening do candidates go through?

All candidates complete a recruiter interview, skills assessment (role-appropriate), and reference check. Depending on the role, we also coordinate background checks, drug screens, and credential verifications. You only see candidates who have cleared every relevant screen.

How do I get started?
